Silver Veined Creeper
Silver Veined Creeper Cushion Cover
In 1963, John and Sunday Reed commissioned architects McGlashan and Everist to design their second home on the Heide property, a place where art and the natural environment could coincide. Heide II, as it came to be known, was envisaged as a building with a dual function: as a space to live in but with the view that it could become a gallery in the future.
In celebration of this remarkable example of Australian modernist architecture, Heide has collaborated with Spacecraft Studio to produce a range of textile products featuring a screen print from cuttings of a much loved aspect of Heide II, the Silver Veined Creeper.
